Admission to the exhibition is free. These terms apply to every reservation made through this website.
Reservation
- A reservation is required for entry.
- Each reservation is valid for one person; every visitor registers individually.
- A visitor may make only one reservation using the same email address for the entire exhibition. The same email address cannot be used to book several days.
- Reservations are subject to available capacity.
- You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address and the name of the person attending.
Your visit
- The reservation is valid only for the date and time slot you selected.
- Please arrive within your booked period.
- Bring valid photo identification. The venue is a diplomatic mission and identification is checked on entry.
- Venue: Embassy of Italy, Hiroshimastrasse 1, 10785 Berlin, Germany
- The venue may refuse entry where necessary for security or operational reasons.
- A reservation does not automatically guarantee entry if security or capacity requirements prevent admission.
Changes
If you cannot attend, please write to berlin@offsitearts.com so the place can be offered to another visitor. Include the name and date of your reservation. The same address can be used for any question about an existing reservation.
